Kenji Porter serves as the Head of Talent and Belonging at Standard AI since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and technical recruiting. Previously, Kenji worked at Dataminr in various roles including Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Technical Recruiting from May 2018 to July 2022, leading efforts to scale the global engineering team. Kenji was also a Technical Recruiter at Snap Inc., where collaboration in the New York office laid a foundation for later roles. Early in Kenji’s career, significant positions included Lead Technical Recruiter and Engineering Sourcer at Dataminr and Google, respectively, along with recruiting roles at Bond Street Group and Columbia Technology. Kenji holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.
