Mike Smith

Mike Smith started their career as a Marketing Engineer at Eaton/Cutler-Hammer in 1981. Mike then worked as a Sales Engineer at Modicon from 1984 to 1991. After that, they worked as an Electrical Product Manager at Walter Norris Company from 1991 to 1993. In 1993, Mike Smith founded their own business called DynaTECH LLC and served as the President until 2003. In 2003, they joined Standard Electric Supply Co. as the V.P. of Illinois Operations, a position they held until 2015. Mike then became the Director of Schneider Electric Business Development at the same company.

Mike Smith attended Lumen Christi High School from 1973 to 1977 and obtained their high school degree. From 1977 to 1981, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Arts at Michigan State University.
