Currently serving as a Carrier Sales/Broker at Standard Logistics since April 2022, Julio previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at bioaccess.™ CRO and held bilingual customer service roles at Sitel Group and Teleperformance. Julio has also contributed as a Quality Analyst, ensuring high service standards and agent efficiency. A former Sales Manager at Distribuimos R&G, Julio excelled in client acquisition and retention, while past positions include Mortgage Credit Manager at BBVA Colombia and Sales Executive at Ford Motor Company. Julio holds a Specialist degree in International Business Management from Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Norte.
