Eliza Boenigk

Eliza Boenigk has over a decade of legal experience, currently serving as Associate Counsel at Standard Motor Products since September 2013, where responsibilities include leading acquisitions, SEC filings, data privacy, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters, and government affairs. Previously, Eliza held the position of Assistant Counsel from 2016 to 2019 and started as an in-house Corporate Paralegal while attending law school. Prior experience includes serving as a Litigation Paralegal at D'Agostino, Levine, Landesman & Lederman, LLP, and a Paralegal at Klein Zelman Rothermel LLP, where Eliza engaged in various legal document preparations and conducted legal research. Eliza's educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Virginia.
