Tim Goeben has had extensive experience in finance and administration roles throughout their career. Tim currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Standard Process Inc., where they have led the finance department through a transformation and adoption of global best practices. Prior to this, Tim worked as a CFO at Avanado Financial Consulting Services, providing contract or consultative financial support to various organizations. Tim also held the position of VP of Finance and Admin at HOPPE North America, Inc., where they doubled EBITDA in 3 years with a 30% increase in revenue. Other notable roles include Director of Finance Integration at Johnson Controls and CFO at SPX Process Equipment. Tim started their career as an Assistant Director of Youth Sports at the YMCA. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in driving financial reporting excellence, strategic planning and execution, and leading organizational transformations.
Tim Goeben attended the University of Maryland from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained an Associates degree in Accounting. Tim then went on to the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and studied there from 1992 to 1995, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. After completing their education, Tim obtained their CPA certification from the Illinois Board of Examiners in 1995. Tim also obtained a CMA certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in 1997.
