Russ Pagan

Russ Pagan is currently a Director of Structured Finance at Standard Solar, where they have been working since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Structured Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at the same company. Before joining Standard Solar, Russ worked as an Associate & Financial Modeler at JLS Capital Strategies LLC from July 2017 to August 2019. Russ also gained experience as a Research Intern in the Asia Program at the German Marshall Fund of the United States in 2016. In 2013, Russ worked as a Business Development Intern at the Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance. Russ started their career as an Undergraduate Intern at Merrill Lynch in 2012.

Russ Pagan began their education in 2008 at Colorado College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Russ attended the institution until 2012. In 2011, Russ also participated in a summer program called CET Beijing: Intensive Chinese Language, focusing on Mandarin studies.

After completing their undergraduate education, Russ pursued further studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 2014 to 2017. Russ obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, specializing in International Economics and China Studies. Additionally, in 2014, they attended another summer program called CET Beijing: Intensive Chinese Language for Mandarin studies.
