Taylor Rhoads

Taylor Rhoads is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic innovation and global sourcing, currently serving as Director and Strategic Innovation Platform Leader at Standard Textile since March 2013. In this role, Taylor has demonstrated expertise in negotiating competitive RFQ costing, managing a substantial product portfolio totaling nearly 1 billion units annually, and achieving notable cost savings. Taylor developed a textile-specific Sourcing Request process and advanced Excel reports, contributing to improved project tracking and supplier performance. Additionally, Taylor has a history of leadership in workplace safety, recognized by the 2015 PERC Award for outstanding service. Prior experience includes a position as a Student Associate at the University of Cincinnati and a demand planning co-op at Kao Corporation, where Taylor gained valuable insights into CPG forecasting.
