Charlène Blandon

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, currently serves as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, a position held since April 2003, where Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads initiatives related to care plans and patient bedside education. Prior experience includes a role as Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center from October 2001 to April 2003, where Charlene implemented the A4 Healthmatics ED application in the emergency department of a level one trauma center. Additionally, from July 1998 to October 2001, Charlene worked as a Senior Business Consultant focused on modeling clinical concepts for Kaiser Permanente's Convergent Medical Terminology. Early career experience includes working as a staff nurse on the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
