Project Geologist at Standard Uranium

Ezra Meszaros, P.Geo has a diverse range of work experience in the field of geology. They started their career as a Geological Field Assistant at the Saskatchewan Geological Survey in 2013 and 2014, where they gained experience in glacial drift prospecting, till sampling, and ice flow indicator identification.

In 2014, Ezra worked as a Geological Intern at North Rim Exploration Ltd. before returning to the Saskatchewan Geological Survey as a Geological Field Assistant. In this role, they assisted with VMS Cu-Ni mineralized core logging in Flin Flon, MB and participated in bedrock mapping in Missinnippe, SK.

In 2015, Ezra joined Canadian North Resources and Development Corp. as a Junior Geologist, where they conducted prospecting, mapping, and rock/till geochemistry sampling. They also evaluated mineral showings and geophysical/geochemical targets.

From 2016 to 2021, Ezra worked at Orano Canada as a Geologist, focusing on uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin. Their responsibilities included logging, geological interpretation, map creation, statistical analysis, and technical report writing. They also conducted down hole gamma and resistivity wireline logging.

Most recently, Ezra joined Standard Uranium Ltd. in 2021 as an Exploration Geologist, and subsequently transitioned into the role of Project Geologist in January 2022. Additionally, Ezra possesses certifications in Firearms Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL), H2S Alive, and Wilderness & Remote First Aid CPR/AED Level C.
