Prior to joining The Standard in July 2020, Adam served as Regional Vice President of Sales for The MGIS Companies, Inc., focusing on Group Life and Disability for physician and dentist groups in the Great Lakes region. Adam's career began at Humana, where roles spanned from Group Sales Executive to Business Analyst, managing B2B relationships and enhancing product knowledge. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University, where participation as a Student Manager on the football team occurred.
