Brett Luelling is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in process modernization, actuarial technology, and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Process Modernization at The Standard, Brett has successfully led initiatives including the design of modernized insurance pricing solutions and the implementation of federally mandated accounting processes. Previous roles include Actuarial Technology Strategist and Director of Software Engineering at The Standard, where Brett significantly improved operational efficiency and revenue through strategic enhancements and team leadership. Brett's prior experience includes positions at Nike, Agora Cyber Charter School, Portland Public Schools, and the Oregon Department of Education, showcasing a robust background in managing large teams, overseeing substantial budgets, and implementing technology solutions across various sectors. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
