Leilah Smith

Leilah Smith is an experienced professional in change management and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Change Manager at The Standard since September 2024. Previously, Leilah held roles including Senior Consultant in People Practice at The Gunter Group and Organizational Development at Robinhood. With a strong background in consulting, Leilah has also worked at The Gunter Group as a Senior Consultant, led projects in hospitals and patient experience at St John of God Health Care, and contributed to human capital consulting at Deloitte Australia. Leilah began a career in quality management and laboratory administration at Microanalysis Australia. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Health Industry Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations) and Science (Psychology) from Curtin University, complemented by a high school diploma from Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School.
