Tracy Johnston

Tracy Johnston has extensive experience in the employee benefits sector, currently serving as 2nd Vice President of Sales Operations and Strategy Support at The Standard since April 2008. Johnston has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Sr. Director of Client Management for the Western Region and Sr. Director of National Account Consultants, where responsibilities included managing consultants and developing customer service solutions to meet profit and growth objectives. Prior roles include Employee Benefits Service Manager in multiple locations, and positions at Assurant Employee Benefits and The Standard as a Voluntary Sales Rep and Account Manager, respectively. Tracy Johnston began a career in public service as a Social Security Disability Analyst with the State of California. Educational qualifications include a BS in Exercise Physiology from California State University-Sacramento.
