Tracy Linney is currently the AVP of Sales Operations and Strategy Support, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Sr. Director of Client Management in the Western Region and 2nd Vice President at The Standard. Tracy's career began as a Social Security Disability Analyst for the State of California from 1997 to 2001. In the employee benefits space, they have managed customer service strategies and support for National Accounts Consultants, focusing on achieving profitability and growth objectives. Tracy is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology at CSU Sacramento.
