Darshan Talagalage

Darshan Talagalage is a seasoned Process Engineer at StandardAero since 2013, specializing in Surface Enhancement, Chemical Processing, Balancing, and Water Jet technologies. Notably, Darshan prepared and received NADCAP certification for Surface Enhancement. Prior experience includes developing repair methodologies and consumables databases for the RR RB211-535 engine as a Repair Development Engineer, along with production engineering roles that optimized work station layouts and conducted repairs on various engine models.
