Michael Beeghly

Michael Beeghly is the Vice President of Global Quality at StandardAero and has over 35 years of experience in aviation maintenance. Currently serving as the Director of Quality & Compliance at MRO Holdings Inc., Michael oversees the development and implementation of quality assurance and regulatory compliance systems across multiple countries. They previously held various roles at Southwest Airlines, including Manager of Maintenance Integration and Senior Manager of Tech Ops Administration, where they drove significant improvements through Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Michael began their career in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate and has since earned an Airframe and Powerplant certificate along with a FCC license, demonstrating their technical proficiency in the field. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science in Aviation Science from Eastern New Mexico University.
