Jonathan Chen

Jonathan Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Strategy and Market Development at Standard BioTools since July 2024, Jonathan has held several notable positions, including Operating Advisor at Casdin Capital, LLC and VP of Brand and Corporate Marketing at Bruker, where Jonathan contributed to the successful acquisition of PhenomeX. Jonathan's prior roles include VP of Story and Corporate Marketing at PhenomeX and as a Technology Cofounder at IsoPlexis, focusing on cell biology and immune response research. Jonathan's academic background includes a Ph.D. candidacy and advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego. Additionally, Jonathan has experience in youth coaching and global health initiatives, having led significant health projects in China.
