Egill Almar Agustsson is the co-founder and CEO of Standby Deposits since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Management Consultant from August 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, Egill worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Brandeis University from January 2014 to January 2015.
Egill Almar Agustsson completed their Master of Business Administration degree at Brandeis University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Economics and Finance at the same institution. In 2013, they attended ESSEC Business School for a short period to study economics. Egill Almar Agustsson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Háskóli Íslands between 2008 and 2011. However, the specific years of their high school education at Menntaskólinn í Reykjavík and Palo Alto High School are unknown.
