Valentina de Muzio (She/Her)

Valentina De Muzio has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Valentina most recently served as the Vice President HR Standex Engraving & Regional HR Business Partner at Standex International. In this role, they focused on organizational development, employee engagement, and talent pipeline to support the growth strategy of the Standex Engraving business. Additionally, they acted as the HR Leader in Europe for other Standex businesses. Before that, Valentina worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at SUEZ and as an HR Business Partner at GE Power. Valentina has also held various HR leadership positions at GE, Linco Baxo Group of Companies, STMicroelectronics, and Poste Italiane.

Valentina De Muzio has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Università degli Studi di Bari. Valentina has also obtained several additional certifications, including "High Performance Learning Journey Champion" from the (Official) Brinkerhoff Certification for High Performance Learning Journeys in May 2023, "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in April 2022, "Crafting Questions to Make Better Decisions" from LinkedIn in April 2022, "Better Conversations and Coaching" from the Center for Creative Leadership in February 2020, and "Assessment Certification Workshop (ACW)" from the Center for Creative Leadership in October 2019.
