Rafif Ismail

Rafif Ismail holds the position of VP-Treasurer and Director of Treasury Services at Stanford Health Care since January 2017, while also serving as a Board Member at Stanford Blood Center since August 2021. Previous experience includes Associate Director of Debt Management at Stanford University from October 2013 to January 2017 and involvement in Capital Markets Finance at the UC Office of the President in mid-2013. A sabbatical was taken in Italy from April 2012 to June 2013. Rafif Ismail’s early career included a role in Capital Markets and Short Term Funding at the FHLBanks Office of Finance from October 2006 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from The George Washington University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
