Deena Otto

Deena Otto has a strong background in the credit union industry, with over 15 years of experience. Deena currently holds the role of SVP/Chief Operating Officer at Stanford Federal Credit Union, starting in August 2021. Prior to this, Deena spent a significant portion of their career at Wescom Credit Union, where they held various leadership positions. From July 2019 to August 2021, they served as the Senior Vice President Payments & Digital Channels, overseeing the strategy and goals for all digital delivery channels and payment systems. From February 2014 to June 2019, Deena held the position of Senior Vice President Administration, and from January 2006 to January 2014, they were the Vice President Marketing Communications. Before Wescom, they worked at Credit Union of Southern California as Assistant Vice President Marketing and Business Development from October 2003 to December 2005. Over the years, Deena has been responsible for setting and executing business plans, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and managing various departments and teams within the credit union industry.

Deena Otto has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Portland State University. Deena also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Washington State University.
