Jim McDiarmid

Jim McDiarmid has a wide range of experience in the mortgage industry, starting as a Regional Sales/Operations Manager at H&R Block Mortgage/Option One in 1998. Jim then worked at Washington Mutual as a National Operations Manager from 2004 to 2007. From there, they served as Vice President Loan Production at Irwin Home Equity in 2008, overseeing various sales channels and operations. In 2009, they joined Comcast Cable as a Contract Consultant, managing a digital upgrade project. At JP Morgan Chase, they held multiple roles, including VP- Loan Officer Support Team and VP - Operations Center Manager. Later on, they worked at CMG Financial as the National Operations Manager and at New Penn Financial, LLC as the SVP Eastern Division Manager. Jim then became the SVP - National Operations at Pacific Union Financial, LLC and the Regional Director of Mortgage Sales at First Tech Federal Credit Union. Currently, they are the Vice President - Real Estate Operations at Stanford Federal Credit Union, where they are responsible for the growth and leadership of all Real Estate lending and loan fulfillment.

Jim McDiarmid obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from City University of Seattle, graduating between the years 1987 and 1991. Later, they pursued higher education at Benedictine University from 2010 to 2013, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance.
