Elizabeth Choi has over a decade of experience in administrative roles, primarily within Stanford Health Care since June 2014, where responsibilities have included serving as Manager of Administration and Executive Assistant in the Office of the President & CEO. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the President at the San Francisco 49ers from January 2010 to May 2014. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child & Adolescent Development from San Jose State University and has also completed culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco.
