Megan McCall

Megan McCall is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Contingent Workforce at Stanford Health Care since July 2022, Megan successfully leads strategic initiatives, achieving a 13% increase in core staffing levels and a $200M reduction in outside labor expenses. Prior to this role, Megan was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where leadership resulted in the filling of over 11,000 positions annually. Experience also includes senior roles at WellStar Health System, Grady Health System, and Scripps Health, where Megan implemented innovative talent management strategies and led teams to enhance recruitment and retention through effective workforce development initiatives.
