Rashad Froz

Rashad Froz, MPA, PA-C is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in urgent care and family medicine. Currently, Rashad serves as an Urgent Care provider at Carbon Health and a Family Medicine Provider at Tiburcio Vásquez Health Center, Inc., while also working as a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Provider for Heroin and Opioid Use Disorder with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Prior experience includes serving as a Family Medicine Primary Care Provider at OLE Health, as well as roles as a Phlebotomist, Pediatric Phlebotomist, and Emergency Department Medical Scribe across various healthcare settings. Rashad earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Samuel Merritt University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Biology from the University of California, Davis.
