Rebecca Dawes

Rebecca Dawes is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources/Recruiting at Stanford Hotels since July 2022, Rebecca previously held positions including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Hair Cuttery ® from January 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Hilton Washington DC National Mall and Director of Human Resources at Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova, where Rebecca also held multiple HR roles. Early career experience includes positions at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts as a Night Auditor and a Human Resources Internship at W Hotels. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Sacramento State University.
