Stanford Medicine
Italo Brown, MD MPH, is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and Clinical Instructor in Social Emergency Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. With a background as a Social Emergency Medicine Fellow at Stanford Health Care, Italo also gained experience as a Resident Physician at Jacobi Medical Center. Italo completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at Meharry Medical College from 2010 to 2015 and holds a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University School of Public Health, where a dual concentration in Epidemiology and Social & Behavioral Sciences was earned. Additionally, Italo contributes to the field as a writer and blogger at Admission Impossible.
