Andrea Moore

Andrea Moore, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Stanford University, a position held since August 2017, with a progressive career at the university including roles as Director, Associate Director, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Andrea was a Human Resources Business Consultant at Siemens Healthineers for a brief period in 2017 and served as a Human Resources Business Partner at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory from 2013 to 2017. Additional experience includes a role as Talent Management Specialist at Newmont Mining Corporation and as a Senior HR Consultant at Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC/Nuclear. Andrea's career began at Target as an HR ETL. Academically, Andrea holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, an MS in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BA in Journalism/Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
