Carrie Grabaskas

Carrie Grabaskas, LPCC, CEDS, is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with a focus on outpatient counseling services for clients aged 8 and older, specializing in eating disorders, trauma, and mood disorders. Since April 2022, Carrie has operated Counselorr Carrie, LLC, while also serving as Senior Director of Regional Outreach for Alsana since September 2020, where efforts are aimed at establishing referral partnerships and raising awareness about eating disorders. Prior experience includes roles at Empower Counseling, PC, Veritas Collaborative, LLC, FAMILY PRESERVATION SERVICES, Poplar Springs Hospital, Fig Tree Therapy, and Each One Counts Youth and Family Services, contributing expertise in mental health counseling, therapeutic supervision, and community engagement. Carrie holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Development from Liberty University.
