Helen Chu

Helen Chu currently serves as the Assistant Vice Provost for Learning Spaces & Support at Stanford University, where co-leads the Stanford Classrooms Reimagined project, focusing on classroom and learning space planning for the future. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Learning Spaces at the University of Oregon, where Helen was the first Chief Academic Technology Officer, setting strategies for effective academic technologies. Additional roles encompass leadership positions in academic technology and digital services at institutions like Cal Poly State University, Columbia University, and UCLA. Helen holds a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature from UCLA, along with Master’s degrees in Information with a Data Science concentration from Rutgers University and Arts from UCLA.
