Kasha has served as a Research Assistant at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies under Dr. Oriana Mastro and completed summer analyst positions at HealthEdge Investment Partners and Ballast Point Ventures, where substantial funds were raised for healthcare investments. Previous experiences include being a representative for the National Association of Japan-America Societies, a Sejong Scholar for the Stanford Program on International and Cross-Cultural Education, and a participant in the U.S. Department of State's language initiative in Tajikistan. Kasha's academic background includes a B.A. in Economics and Italian from Stanford University, following an International Baccalaureate education at St. Petersburg High School.
