Mara Violanti

Mara Violanti is a seasoned program manager currently serving at the Stanford King Center on Global Development since November 2022. Prior to this role, Mara held various positions at Stanford University, including Student Services Manager in the Materials Science & Engineering department from February 2015 to November 2022 and Assistant Director for Medical Student Research & Scholarship at the School of Medicine from March 2010 to February 2015. Mara's career at Stanford began as the Scholarly Concentrations Program Administrator in June 2006, a position held until March 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Administration from Indiana University Bloomington (1994-1996) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from California Lutheran University (1987-1991).
