Nathan Tracanna

Nathan Tracanna currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Stanford University, a position held since October 2021, and previously held the title of Associate Vice President, Client Services. Prior to this, Nathan was the AVP of HR Technology at Carnegie Mellon University, leading strategic partnerships and the HR technology roadmap. Nathan's extensive experience encompasses roles as Director of HR Operations at Black Box, Head of HR Operations at Covestro, and various positions at ERIKS NA and Alpha Natural Resources, where Nathan oversaw HR transformation initiatives and developed talent strategies. Nathan holds an M.B.A. from Waynesburg University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from West Virginia University.
