Nora Miller

Nora Miller, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director for HR Talent and Engagement at Stanford University since May 2024, Miller previously held key roles including Vice President of Human Resources at Bluescape and Senior Director of People at Reali, where innovative and data-driven strategies were implemented to enhance company culture and employee experiences. With a solid background in human resources management at Sequoia, EF/Education First, and several other firms, Miller has successfully developed programs that promote diversity, retention, and employee development, achieving recognition such as Forbes Best Places to Work. Miller holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from The George Washington University.
