Shahab Mousavi

Shahab Mousavi is a doctoral researcher at Stanford University, contributing to the Energy Modeling Forum since June 2021. Previously, Shahab served as a graduate research assistant focusing on purposeful entrepreneurship and responsible innovation for Stanford's Emergence program, and as head teaching assistant for the CS230: Deep Learning course during the 2020-2021 academic year. Other experience includes a summer internship with the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, where participation involved discussions on entrepreneurship and ethics, and a research internship at EPFL developing a database interface. Shahab began research and teaching roles at Sharif University of Technology, supporting faculty in civil and computer engineering. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Management Science & Engineering, an MS in Computer Science, a certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Software Engineering and Civil & Environmental Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
