Susi Damilano

Susi Damilano is the Co-founder and Producing Director of the San Francisco Playhouse, recognized as the fastest-growing theater company in San Francisco since its inception in October 2003. In addition, Susi serves as a guest lecturer at Stanford University for the Graduate School of Business, focusing on a session titled "Acting with Power," which addresses communication tactics and feedback mechanisms. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at MSCI from 2007 to 2014 and Director of Human Resources at Fisher Investments from 2000 to 2006. Susi has extensive consulting experience, having worked as a Director of Finance from 1992 to 2000, as well as being a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from 1984 to 1989. Susi holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University.
