Danny Brower

Danny is an English qualified lawyer. Danny was formerly a partner and the Head of the Financial Services Practice (London) of one of the largest international law firms.

He has also been Head of Legal (London) for a large hedge fund and wealth manager. Danny has advised numerous investment managers over the years in respect of their legal, regulatory and compliance activities. He was also a contributory author of a Financial Services Volume of the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents published by Butterworths.

Danny graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Laws – LLB (Hons).
