Pavan Babrah

Pavan Babrah (MCIPD) is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Stanhope Capital Group, Pavan has previously held significant positions such as HR Europe Business Partner at Bain Capital, Human Resources for Fleming Family & Partners, and Global People Consultant at Kinetic Partners. Pavan began a career in human resources with a foundational role as a Business Transformation Graduate at Prudential Insurance. Pavan's academic background includes a BA in History from the University of Reading and further education at the University of West London.
