Sam Powell is a Property Executive at Stanhope PLC since June 2023. Prior to that, Sam worked at Savills from June 2016 to June 2023, holding positions such as Associate Director, Associate, and In-House Sales Broker. Sam also has experience as a Temporary Sales Negotiator at Team Sales Ltd. Sam holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and has pursued degrees in Real Estate from RICS and NAEA through Propertymark. Additionally, Sam holds a diploma in Music Production and Sound Engineering from Point Blank Music School.
