David Shigaki

David Shigaki has over 25 years of experience in various roles focused on talent management, leadership development, and HR. David most recently served as the Director of People Experience at Stanley 1913. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce as a Sr. Program Manager, driving strategic outcomes for talent management initiatives and leading the integration of Tableau talent practices. David also held roles at Tableau Software, where they managed talent management and leadership development programs, and at PeopleFirm, where they were a Senior Consultant overseeing client engagements and leading efforts to integrate DEI considerations. Before that, they were a Founder & Partner at The Ki Group, LLP, where they managed client relationships and led organizational effectiveness initiatives for clients such as GE, Johnson & Johnson, Starbucks, and T-Mobile USA. David also had consulting engagements with GE, Starbucks, Ethicon, Johnson & Johnson, and Starbucks Coffee Company, where they focused on various HR and talent management projects.

David Shigaki earned their BA in Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 1985 to 1989.
