Elle Gail is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing at Stanley 1913 since April 2025, Elle previously held significant roles at adidas, including Head of Brand Marketing for Soccer in North America and Head of Brand Marketing for Originals in Action Sports on a global scale. As founder of MotherBar, Elle launched a brand focused on empowering working women through innovative CBD products. Elle's career also includes serving as Chief Strategist at Sauce Creative Group and Director of Strategic Alliances at NBC Sports Group, where Elle managed high-profile partnerships and events. Elle holds an MBA in Marketing/Sports from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University.
