Edward Grant

Edward Grant is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sales management and consulting. Currently serving as Neighborhood Sales Manager at Stanley Martin Homes since November 2024, Edward previously held the position of Sales Consultant at Toll Brothers from May 2020 to November 2024. Prior to that, Edward was Community Sales Manager for the Amberly Community with Ashton Woods Homes from May 2011 to December 2019, and served as a Sales Consultant at Centex Homes from April 2008 to May 2011. Edward earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1988 and 1991.
