Haley Winters

Haley Winters is an experienced professional in sales operations and land administration, currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Stanley Martin Homes since February 2020. In this role, Haley reviews sales contracts, coordinates settlement processes, and resolves customer-related settlement issues, while also overseeing the work of Neighborhood Coordinators. Previously, Haley held the position of Regional Land Administrator at Essex Homes, Inc. and worked as an Assistant Community Manager and Community Association Assistant at FirstService Residential Carolinas. Early career experience includes roles as an Assistant Manager at Underground Printing and an intern at the North Carolina Division of Tourism, Film and Sports Development. Haley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Appalachian State University.
