Joseph Rubel

Joseph Rubel, CPA, currently serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Stanley Martin Homes, a position held since October 2016, with previous roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst. In this capacity, Joseph provides executive management with financial analysis and reports, performs due diligence on potential acquisitions, and oversees the maintenance of financial models and schedules for multiple communities. Joseph is also actively involved in financial literacy efforts as a Volunteer Financial Literacy Mentor with Britepaths and as a Master Financial Education Volunteer with Virginia Cooperative Extension, helping individuals and families improve their financial capabilities. Prior experience includes roles as an Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP and as a Senior Compliance Auditor at Calibre CPA Group, along with foundational positions in financial management and client services. Joseph holds a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from Salisbury University and an Accounting Career Studies Certificate from Northern Virginia Community College.
