Keila Montero

Keila Montero is an experienced architectural professional currently serving as an Architectural Project Manager at Stanley Martin Homes since October 2025. With a solid background in design and project management, Keila has worked as a Custom Furniture and Architectural Designer at Design Consultant since September 2013. Previous roles include Project Architect at Novus Architects, Inc. and Project Manager at JEREL MCCANTS ARCHITECTURE, INC. From April 2015 to August 2020, Keila held the position of Job Captain at Archetype Architecture. Additional experience includes working as an Interior Architect/Designer at atelier design and custom finishes and as a Junior Architect at George Architect PLLC. Keila holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Iberoamericana and pursued Continuing Education in Furniture Design and Manufacturing at Parsons School of Design - The New School.
