Kirk Klafter

Kirk Klafter has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Kirk currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Stanley Martin Homes, starting in September 2021. Prior to joining Stanley Martin Homes, Kirk served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Avex Homes from March 2017. At Avex Homes, Kirk was responsible for sales and marketing activities and played a crucial role in the company's expansion in Central Florida. Before their role at Avex Homes, Kirk worked as an Area Sales Manager at CalAtlantic Homes from January 2015 to March 2017. Kirk managed sales operations for the company in 17 states and 26 divisions. Kirk's earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing/Principal Broker at Sippican Partners, LLC from October 2011. Kirk was responsible for creating and managing business relationships for luxury real estate development projects. Kirk also worked as a Sales Director at Southcreek Holdings, where they played a key role in the launch and sales operations of a luxury golf course, lakefront community. Kirk'scareer began as a Sales Executive at Centex Homes/Centex Destination Properties, where they excelled in pre-construction sales and received several top sales awards.

Kirk Klafter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. Kirk completed this degree from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Florida Real Estate Sales License, which they obtained in March 2015 from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
