Michele Smith

Michele Smith has extensive work experience, starting in 2009 with the US Army, where they held various roles, including Brigade Engineer and Platoon Leader. During their time in the army, they conducted business analysis, project management, and provided expert analysis to executive-level leadership. Michele also managed the relocation of personnel and facilities. In 2015, Michele joined Toll Brothers as an Assistant Project Manager and later became an Area Production Manager. Michele joined Stanley Martin Homes in 2022 as the Director of Field Operations.

Michele Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued and completed a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree at Webster University.
