Robert Bennett

Robert Bennett has a long history of experience in the homebuilding industry. Robert most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Land and Business Development at Stanley Martin Homes, where they managed land operations across the Southeastern US and oversaw C/O sales and Fee Build operations. Prior to this role, they were the Regional Vice President of Land at Stanley Martin Homes.

Before joining Stanley Martin Homes, Bennett held various leadership positions at Essex Homes, Inc. Robert served as the Regional President, responsible for overseeing operations in a specific region. Prior to that, they were the Regional Land Manager at Essex Homes.
