Before their time at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, Pauline worked at Altran France as an Ingénieur Système ADAS. Pauline also completed a Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Iceland, where they developed and optimized metallic thin-film infrared detectors. Early in their career, they worked as an R&D trainee at NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation), studying and developing piezoelectric control of electronic states in semiconductor devices.

Pauline Renoux has a diverse education history in the field of physics.
