Adriana G. Mendizabal

Adriana G. Mendizabal serves as the Group President for Latin America and Americas Transformation at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibilities include driving business transformation across various sectors such as Retail, Construction & Industrial, ecommerce, and independent distributors. Adriana also holds the position of Group President for Latin America at Calavo Growers, where leadership includes chairing the Governance and ESG committee and serving as an audit committee member. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and President of Americas at NSP, and positions at Bank of New York Mellon and Visa Inc. Adriana’s extensive experience in marketing and management spans well-known companies such as Herbalife, Johnson & Johnson, Kodak, and Procter & Gamble, where impactful contributions were made across multiple regions. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Total Quality Management Diploma from the University of Tennessee, and a leadership certificate from Wharton Executive Education.
